1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 300 meters from the front of the restaurant at the Seodo-dong, Seodo-si, Seodo-si to the front of the Dong Do-si, which is located in the Do-si, Seogdo-dong, to the front of the Dong Do-si, without the driver’s license.
