1. At around 15:00 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant damaged public goods and found it as the said district by drinking in the Seogsan-ro 217-ro, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 201, “YYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the patrol car, which is a public object, to be 108,000 won in repairing cost.

2. On January 9, 2014, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price, even if he/she orders alcoholic beverages and liquors from the “E operated by the victim D of the first floor underground of Ulsan-gu C, Ulsan-gu; and (b) by deceiving the victim as if he/she would pay the alcohol price; and (c) by deceiving the victim, he/she acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of KRW 260,000 in the amount of KRW 12,00,000 from the victim.

On January 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:38, 2014, at the H cafeteria operated by the Victim G (Seoul, South and 47 years old) in the F of Yongcheon-si; (b) by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he orders food; and (c) by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay it; and (d) rhythizing the amount of KRW 54,000 in the amount of KRW 54,00 from the victim in the amount of KRW 3,00 (9,000), rhythizing the amount of KRW 9,00 in the amount of KRW 9,00.
