A Imprisonment with prison labor for seven years and for four years, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. Defendant A, who was sealed with Mepter (hereinafter “Mepopon”), was supplied with Mepopon to the Republic of Korea through international express mail from a book to supply the Mepopon, and planned to sell and distribute it to the Republic of Korea. Upon receiving contact with the above name in the Republic of Korea, Defendant A, upon receiving the above Mepopon’s e-mail system (Ems) number from the above e-mail system (Ems) number, was sent to the Republic of Korea. Defendant B, upon the direction of Defendant A, tried to inquire about the details of the delivery of the above Mepopon’s Mepopon and to take charge of receiving the delivery of the said Mepopon’s Mepopon.

On December 25, 2017, at around 17:36, in China, approximately 98.25g of phiphonephones were divided into 10 bulks, and concealed postal items by mixing them with general tasks, clothes, etc., and then sent the above postal items to “G”, the recipient’s phone number as “H”, and the recipient’s phone number as “I in Gyeonggi-do Suwon-do Suwon-si,” and the above international special grade postal items arrive at the Incheon International Public Port located in the Jung-gu Incheon International Port, Jung-gu, Incheon, as the J letter of Dec. 27, 2017.

Accordingly, even if the Defendants are not narcotics handlers, they conspired with the above names in collusion, Defendant A imported approximately 98.25g of philophones, a local mental medicine, into the Republic of Korea for profit-making purposes.

B. On December 2017, the Defendants: (a) at L’s residence located in Ansan-si, K, and 103 around the summer 1, the Defendants: (b) sticked up two plastic promptly to the glass disease contained in L, with water together; (c) sticked up 0.2g of the cellphone in favor of L; and (d) enter as soon as possible one end by attaching a dog with a fire.
