A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 16, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the port support of the Daegu District Court on May 16, 2007, the summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on October 26, 2016, and the summary order of KRW 6 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on August 11, 2017, respectively.

[Criminal facts] On September 20, 2018, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on or around 05:13, but driven Dworka motor vehicle at the distance of about 30 km from the Do residents’ license located in the south-gu dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si

As a result, the defendant did not obtain a driver's license, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again as a person who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
