1. The Defendant’s KRW 300,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from April 11, 2011 to June 26, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The party status 1) The Plaintiff Company (hereinafter “C”) changed from October 6, 201 to the present trade name.

A) The corporation is a corporation established for the purpose of operating a tourist hotel, related facilities, casino business, etc. with the permission of the Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province from April 2008 to Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and the “E” and “F casino” (hereinafter the above hotel is referred to as the “instant hotel” and the above casino is referred to as the “instant casino.”

(2) Around February 2011, the Defendant entered into an employment contract with the Plaintiff Company and served as the head of the instant casino headquarters.

B. G’s acquisition of the Plaintiff Company’s shares, etc. 1) G along with I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”) on June 8, 2009 with Dong Jae H on June 8, 2009

(2) On June 29, 2009, H was appointed as the manager of the Plaintiff Company and was in office until August 31, 201, and H used the Plaintiff Company’s position as the president, and H used the Plaintiff Company’s overall management of the Plaintiff Company as well as H.

Around August 2009, L and M and the Plaintiff Company divided the instant hotel and casino business into L and M and the Plaintiff Company’s sales of the instant casino business, but the Plaintiff Company granted a preferential right to purchase the instant casino business to L et al. However, prior to the aforementioned separation and sale, the Plaintiff agreed to lease the instant casino business site and its incidental facilities to L et al. for a period of two years after the remainder payment (However, the aforementioned separation and sale of the instant hotel and casino business was not possible).
