1. Basic facts

A. On April 10, 2014, D transferred the Plaintiff’s credit of KRW 548,289,44 to C (the first loan of KRW 80 million on June 23, 2008; the due date of repayment of KRW 20% on August 23, 2008; the parties agreed upon August 23, 2008; 2% on April 11, 2014; 2) and completed the notification of the transfer of the credit to C on April 5, 2014.
