1. Fraud;

A. On January 2012, 2012, the victim C-related Defendant made a false statement that “The victim C-related Defendant made an investment that has a high profit rate of 10 million won in advance shall be paid to the victim C at the Seongbuk-si office located in Ansan-dong 31-3, Ansan-dong, Ansan-si, and whose amount of profit is KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 won is paid to the goods that would be paid KRW 98,00,000 if the contract was terminated within one year, shall be deemed to have been made within one year.”

However, there was no such special insurance product as above, and even if the defendant received the above money from the victim C, he was merely intended to use it for the repayment of the defendant's obligation and did not have the intent or ability to buy the insurance.

Accordingly, the Defendant deceivinged the victim C as above and acquired 100 million won through the account in the name of D Co., Ltd. managed by the Defendant on January 31, 2012 from the above victim.

B. Around December 17, 2012, the victim E-related Defendant: (a) made a false statement that “The victim E, operated by the victim E in Ansan-si F, may cancel one year after a temporary payment of 12 million won to the victim E; and (b) there is a special insurance product that can guarantee 10 million won due to an injury or death or injury after death.”

However, there was no such special insurance product, and even if the defendant received the above money from the victim E, he was merely intended to use it for the repayment of the defendant's obligation and did not have the intent or ability to buy the insurance.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim E as above, received KRW 12 million from the account in the name of D Co., Ltd. managed by the Defendant on the same day.

2. The defendant is requested by the above C to deliver a certificate of insurance coverage.
