The reasons why the court of the trial of the first instance for the acceptance of this case are the same as the reasons for the judgment of the first instance except for the rejection of each description of evidence Nos. 4 and 6 (including serial numbers) which are insufficient to admit the defendant's assertion as additional evidence submitted in the trial of the first instance. Thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
