Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a medical doctor operating the “C hospital”. The Defendant: (a) recorded accurate information on the patient’s condition and progress of treatment without omitting information; (b) provided other medical personnel with such information to ensure that the patient can receive appropriate medical treatment; and (c) recorded and signed the relevant medical treatment in detail so that the medical personnel can use such information as data to determine the propriety of the medical treatment after the completion of the medical treatment; and (d) prepared a register of medical treatment by determining that the medical personnel himself/herself is effective; (b) on January 2, 2015, the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D’s urology and operation room at the above urine and operation room, and the F’s sexual part of the urine part of the patient who received the surgery in the light of the urine and operation room, and (c) provided the patient with the relevant information to the other medical personnel; and (c) provided the medical personnel with the relevant information to the patient; and (d) did not provide the treatment records over one-hour hours, despite being recorded into the treatment records.
