A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:30 on May 24, 2020, the Defendant pointed out that the victim E (the 47-year-old) who was a member of the same club with a good appraisal after completing a monthly meeting with D organization members and drinking alcohol, falls short of the Victim E (the 47-year-old-old-gun).
