In full view of the facts stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff, on November 17, 2014, applied the payment period to the defendant on November 14, 2017; interest rate fluctuation rate (the first interest rate shall be 2.95%); overdue interest rate shall vary by 18% per annum (15.38% per annum); the overdue interest rate shall be set at 484,00,000 per annum (the final determined interest rate shall be 15.38% per annum); the defendant has lost the profit due to the above principal payment period; the plaintiff has the obligation to pay the plaintiff the above principal and interest at 205% per annum 16,00,000 per annum 20,000 per annum 25,000,000 won per annum 25,000 won per annum 206,000 won per annum 206,5616, 2846,26166,26467,27,267.27.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
