Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is also a person who is engaged in driving a sports cargo vehicle.

On November 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 00:50, and led to the intersection in front of the marc 125, the intersection from the mar elementary school toward the above intersection.

At the time, the road was set up at night, and there was a road installed with a red on-and-off signal apparatus, so there was a duty of care to temporarily stop before entering the intersection and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive the stroke while driving the stroke, and followed parts of the victim C (68) Haak-si, which was proceeding on the front side of the Defendant’s person, were in front of the right side of the victim C(68) Haak-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, committed injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. of the bones of necks requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment; suffered injury to the victim E (the 44 years old), and the victim F (the 44 years old), respectively, to the victim E (the victim F (the 44 years old), by causing about two weeks of medical treatment; and at the same time, the victim C, the victim C, by stopping the said small-type taxi with approximately 3,715,897 won, such as “the exchange of the next small-type cab,” and escape without taking measures such as providing relief to the victims.
