Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2015, around 01:35, the Defendant driven a light village 9 commercial complex located in Goyangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, with approximately 300 meters section from the front day of the 9th commercial complex, to the front day of the “ Pestura” road located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.220% in blood alcohol concentration.
