Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates a 'Dnomous video production room' on the sub-site C main floor of Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, and anyone who intends to run a singing practice room shall be equipped with the facilities for singing practice room and registered with the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, from February 14, 2013 to February 21:50 of the same day, the Defendant installed a video reflective device in five rooms, and operated a singing practice room business without registration with the head of the competent Gu, such as running a singing practice room business, by receiving facility usage fees of 20,000 won per hour, from the five rooms, and by arranging for a temporary customer E in the same manner, the Defendant violated the obligation of the business operator by allowing F to sit in company with 25,00 won per hour from E.
