A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:24, at the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Garan bar, and (b) at the time of drinking alcohol, the Defendant 500 won for tobacco while drinking alcohol and drinking alcohol to the victim D (manam and 44 years old); (c) but (d) on the ground that the victim D was unable to have tobacco value, the Defendant shicked the victim’s item and shoulder; (b) the victim’s wife E (n, 41 years old) faces the victim’s wife E (n, 41 years old) and the body of the victim D who restrains the foregoing.
