1. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 피고인은 2018. 3.경부터 같은 해 4.경 사이에 서울 영등포구 D에 있는 피해자 C 운영의 ‘E’ 주점에서, 술을 마시면서 피해자에게 ‘내가 F 회사 둘째 아들이다’라고 말하며 피해자의 환심을 샀다.

2. 피해자 H에 대한 범행 피고인은 2019. 4. 1. 12:00경 고양시 일산서구 I에 있는 피해자 H 운영의 ‘J’ 음식점에서, 피해자에게 ‘내가 K 본사 부장인데 직원들 저녁 회식 예약을 하려고 한다’라고 말하며 피해자의 환심을 샀다.
