1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,22,727 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from May 24, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s determination on the cause of the claim is without dispute between the parties, or can be acknowledged by comprehensively considering the purport of the entire pleadings in the items of evidence A Nos. 1, 2, and 3, as a whole, that the Plaintiff was unable to receive the payment of KRW 39,22,727 (excluding value-added tax) under the trade name “D”, which is a company running a gold-type manufacturing business, etc., around June 2018.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 39,222,727 won unpaid and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from May 24, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the day on which a copy of the complaint of this case was served to the defendant, as requested by the plaintiff.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
