1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

(b)Provided, That the above sentence shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the F Office of the “F Office” for the friendly B operation of the building in the second floor located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-gu, the Defendant: (b) told B that “The parking signs for the parking zone exclusively for the disabled are made available to the disabled, making it possible for B to forge the parking signs for the parking zone exclusively for the disabled; (c) by carrying the parking signs for the parking zone exclusively for the disabled and the image of the seal of the head of the agency issuing the parking zone on the Internet, the Defendant changed the parking signs for the parking zone for the disabled, and (d) sent five copies of the parking signs in the form of the open-site program with the same size as the actual-site output.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the official document, the defendant instigated B to forge 5 pages of parking space parking signs exclusive for disabled persons in the name of the fifth head of the same month, which is a public document.

B. On February 12, 2018, the Defendant held a forged official document parking zone parking in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, 105 Yang-dong, with a parking sign of disabled parking spaces with disabilities forged in the same manner as B B 1’s (A), and held it in a way that it is displayed in the front door of the G Lone Star vehicle and parked in the parking zone for disabled persons.

2. Defendant B, at the early October 2017’s office, posted a parking zone parking sign and image of the seal affixed to the head of the agency issuing the disabled parking zone on the Internet, and revised it to the Potool. The above parking sign was assigned to the Potool program, and the same size as the actual inspection output was posted to five.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged five parking signs in the parking zone exclusively for disabled persons under the name of the fifth head of the same month, which is a public document.

3. Defendant C

A. On October 2017, the Defendant is an incorporated association with the second floor of the building located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, the second floor of which is located in the Seocho-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
