1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation on this case is as stated in the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except for adding “the result of the party examination of the plaintiff A” as evidence insufficient to acknowledge the plaintiffs’ assertion, and therefore, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
