Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving CK5 cars.

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on March 23:30, 2016, and continued to drive it using two-lanes among three-lanes, namely, the two-lanes from the west-gu office to the two-lane market room.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is not negligent in driving the center line as it is driving, and the part of the victim D (e.g., 35 years old) in front of the E-ray vehicle of the victim D (e., h. 35 years old), the part of the victim F (e.g., the victim F (31 years old) driving), the part of the first observer vehicle of the victim H (e.g., the victim H(e., the 32 years old) driving before and after the left side of the victim H (e.g., the victim H) driving, and the part of the first wing part for the K5 passenger vehicle of the victim J (e.g., the 34 years old) driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victims as shown in the list of crimes attached to the foregoing occupational negligence, and at the same time damaged the above E-A-Wood passenger vehicle to have an amount equivalent to 10,531,430 won of repair cost.
