Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, Defendant, and E are siblings, and F and G are the Plaintiff’s children.
B. On June 4, 1985, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with H, on behalf of the seller, to purchase KRW 12,80,000 square meters of I forest land, J forest land, 479 square meters, K forest land, 1,087 square meters prior to L, M, 3,132 square meters prior to M, and 480 square meters prior to N, (hereinafter “instant land”).
C. The Plaintiff paid to the seller’s agent KRW 1,00,000 as down payment on the date of the sales contract, KRW 5,000,00 as part of the remainder payment on June 15, 1985, and KRW 5,300,000 as part of the remainder payment on July 5, 1985, and paid KRW 12,80,000 for the remainder payment on May 8, 1990, while proceeding to raise an objection to the three graves located on the instant O land.

E. After that, among the instant O land, the transfer registration of ownership was completed on the ground of donation No. 152972 of the same month as of November 28, 2012, which was received on the ground of the first instance court No. 152972 as of November 28, 2012, which was the first instance court’s set of the Plaintiff’s second instance P, the category of land J, K, and I, the forest land of this case.
In addition, with respect to the instant O’s land, the land category of which is the whole land category, among the instant O’s land, the Plaintiff, E, and G were donated on November 28, 2012 at the same court No. 152970, Nov. 28, 2012.
