Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is the full-time officer of labor union who works as the head of a branch of the Democratic Nowon-gu Council C Branch, a Democratic Nowon-gu D Branch, and the head of the Korean Nowon-gun E Branch.

The Defendant attended the Seoul Viewing plaza, which is a guideline for the Democratic Nowon-gu Federation (F), with 100 members of the E Trade Union C, and with 13:0 to 16:40 members of the Seoul Viewing square, which is the place of the said assembly, in accordance with the “Presence at the Posium to stop the structural reform of the labor market (Seoul Viewing and Viewing square on November 14, 2015).”

1. From November 14, 2015, around 16:40 on 14, 2015, 100 members of the Democratic Labor Group E No. E No. C Branch, including the Defendant, arrive in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-ro Ro-ro Ro-ro (one Ro-ro, a well-known Ro-ro, a well-known Ro-ro), with a view to breaking off the side walls (defense walls, such as police buses) in order to advance into the Cheongdo-ro and move-do.

On November 14, 2015, at around 18:03, the Defendant: (a) connected the bus with other participants in the assembly at the front of the Ro-ro Ro-ro, a single-person, with the other participants in the assembly; (b) caused damage to the said bus to be 27,126,00 won at the front of the driver’s seat of the G bus belonging to the 41-dong Seoul National Police Agency; and (c) caused damage to the said bus at the front of the driver’s seat of the G bus.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with those who can not know their names, has undermined the utility of police buses which are a building for public use, and at the same time disturbed order by destruction as participants in assemblies.

2. In order to hold an assembly, a report shall be made in advance, and when an order for voluntary dispersion is received from the head of the competent police station with respect to illegal demonstrations or assemblies, he/she shall be dissolved without delay;

Nevertheless, on November 14, 2015, from around 17:40 on to 18:30 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant is against Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-ro 19 Mexa.
