A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On January 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc., at the Sungnam support center, and on March 18, 2015, at the same court, on November 23, 2015, the execution of each of the above punishment was terminated in Seoul East House. On November 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the punishment in the Suwon House on July 18, 2018.

As a result, the defendant, who has been sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, has invaded on a structure again managed by another person during the period of repeated crime, and has not committed an attempted crime but committed a theft of property.
