A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall infringe the right by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or preparation of a derivative work of author's property right or other property rights protected under the Copyright Act.

On June 15, 2015, the Defendant infringed the author’s property right of the copyright holder by linking the Internet web website “htp” (htp:/onisk.co.k.) to AdiB, Addisk.C, and allowing the copyright holder D to freely access the novel “E”, which is a literary work of copyright.
