[Criminal Power] On November 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on January 16, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

A. On June 8, 2013, at around 05:26, the Defendant: (a) opened a main window beyond the cafeteria of “D” operated by the victim C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) intruded into the main room; (c) stored three kggs of drinking water, rice, 5kgs of rice, tribs, etc. in plastic bags in the total market price of the victim’s ownership at that place; and (d) stolen them.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

B. On June 22, 2013, around 05:42, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet and intruded into the kitchen beyond the wall of the said restaurant; (b) stored approximately 2-3km of rice, 2-3km of total market value of the victim’s possession in the said place, 1/4 of plastic bags, and stolen them.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

2. Night building thief;

A. On June 13, 2013, at around 04:38, the Defendant opened a main window in excess of the cafeteria “D” and intruded into the main room, the Defendant, at that place, stored four drinking water, rice 2-3kgg, 1, 1, 1, bane gas, 4, fluor gas, 3 wre, etc., in plastic bags, and stolen them by inserting them in a plastic bag, the total market value of which is equivalent to 200,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's structure at night.

B. On June 17, 2013, around 04:30 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant opened a toilet and intrudes into the kitchen located in the said restaurant. The Defendant used three drinking water, rice, approximately 2/3kgg, 2/3kg, 1/4, 1/4, etc. at the victim C’s market price in the said place.
