Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant acquired a mutual sexual traffic business establishment of "C" on the first floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, Seoul, and intended to arrange sexual traffic.

From February 21, 2016 to February 24, 2016, the Defendant installed five rooms, shower rooms, two toilets, one toilet, one waiting room, etc. at the above “C” business establishment, and had female employees receive 80,000 won from customers in the name misstatement that found the place, and had them do a similar sexual intercourse that helps them to see the customer’s sexual organ by hand, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
