1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 551,60,000 and its payment from July 14, 2016.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of importing, importing, distributing, distributing, selling, etc. medical appliances, and is importing medical instruments, which is called “C”, with the exclusive license in Korea.
The defendant purchased the product from the plaintiff for medical treatment and sells it to domestic incurology, curology, curology, etc.
B. On December 15, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply and sale of the following products (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant and the Plaintiff, setting the Defendant’s monthly minimum amount of liability from December 15, 2015 to April 30, 2017, and supplying C20 mpil (hereinafter “instant products”).

Article 2 (Definitions)
