Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

1. Around 20:40 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the front day of the 458-8-8 Sinung-dong to the first apartment of the East Asia, Guro-gu, Seoul, without a driver’s license, at approximately 7km from February 8, 2013.

2. Around 20:40 on October 208, 2013, the Defendant was driving the above vehicle without a driver’s license, and the front road of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitanro heart hospital was driving in front of the above vehicle, which is located in the high-speed city of Guro-gu, Seoul, along two-lanes in the direction of the high-speed direction from the vicinity of the old fire station.

Ultimately, the Defendant damaged the property equivalent to approximately KRW 1,063,780 of the cost of repairing the damaged vehicle due to the above occupational negligence and left the scene without any measure.
