Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. Despite the fact that the defendants conspired to do harm to the victim as stated in the facts of the crime in the judgment below, the court below found the defendants guilty of this part of the facts of the crime, which affected the conclusion of the judgment.
2. Determination
A. Defendant A also asserted the same purport as the grounds for appeal.
In full view of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, the court below found the defendant guilty of this part of the facts charged.
The defendant's argument was rejected.
Examining the above judgment of the court below after comparing it with the records, it is justified in its conclusion. Contrary to the defendant's assertion, there is an error of law by misunderstanding facts or by misunderstanding legal principles which affected the conclusion of the judgment.
