1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.

Reasons

From around 2008, the Plaintiffs paid basic salary, meal expenses, transportation subsidies, and holiday leave allowances, which are included in ordinary wages.
