A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 2008 to February 2014, the Defendant worked in D with the planning office of the National Agricultural Cooperatives Federation, and was in charge of the presidential assembly and political party duties, the request data for National Assembly members, and the affairs related to rural accommodation.

In addition, on December 16, 2009, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries changed the name of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation to the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, separated economic business and credit business for the reorganization of the business structure of the Agricultural Cooperative Federation and incorporated the Agricultural Cooperative Group and the Agricultural Cooperative Financial Holding Company, respectively, and submitted the second amendment of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, which included the provision of temporary special exception to agricultural cooperative insurance, to promote the transition of the current agricultural cooperative mutual aid into agricultural cooperative insurance under the Insurance Business Act, to the National Assembly.
