Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells both bridges, fices, etc. in electronic commerce and retail in the name of “C” in Seoul Jung-gu.

Any person who intends to manufacture or sell broadcasting and communications equipment, and machinery which causes electromagnetic interference or is affected by electromagnetic waves, shall undergo conformity assessment of the relevant equipment by the Minister of Science, ICT and Future Planning.

The Defendant, without undergoing conformity assessment, purchased three “Blus Hague (HV-80, China)” (18,00 won per opening, total of 54,00 won), “electric machinery and tools for household use, and electric machinery and tools for electric use,” “two (23,000 won per opening, total of 46,00 won, total of 46,00 won)” (23,000 won per opening, total of 46,00 won), which are specific sub-power radio equipment and devices, and kept them on August 16, 2014 (http://caf.naver.naver.com/jointn.D) and posted them on Internet sales site greenhouse(D) for the purpose of selling them.
