Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2009, the Defendant, from around March 2009, was working as the president of the Korea Welfare Association, a former branch of the Korea Welfare Association, and was in charge of the operation and budget execution of the Korea Welfare Association.

From August 18, 2010 to August 20, 2010, the Defendant provided subsidies of KRW 115,095,00 in the name of the expenses for holding the games at the Korea Welfare Association in charge of the event at the Korea Welfare Association, which was held by the Korea Welfare Association, (the State expenses of KRW 65,095,00,000, the Do expenses of KRW 50,000,00) in the form of the expenses for holding the games, and kept the said subsidies in custody for business purposes on August 25, 2010, the Defendant paid KRW 38,472,000 as the expenses for meals, lodging, etc. of the participants in the event to the Korea Welfare Association, a foundation.

On September 20, 2010, the Defendant arbitrarily used 8,401,50,000 won for personal purposes, such as receiving refund from the ESF’s employees F account in the name of ESF operated by the Defendant on the ground that it was paid in excess of KRW 8,401,50 among the above payments that the Defendant settled from the Mapo International Festival Center, a foundation foundation, and granting F KRW 50,000,000 for the purpose of the Victim Welfare Association.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled 8,401,50 won owned by the Victim Welfare Association, and used 427,500 won of national subsidies in the name of the expenses for the event of the World Cup.
