If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2011, the Defendant cut the boiler facilities (around September 6, 201, the amounting to KRW 836,000 at the market price) equivalent to 2,200 kilograms, such as water supply systems owned by the victim D, oil pipes, etc., and stolen them.
