The reasoning for this court’s explanation is as follows: “The third and fourth of the judgment of the court of first instance completed the registration of ownership transfer”; and the fourth and 12 of the 4th 12th 12 cases, “The court appealed against the deceased’s appeal on September 16, 2015 and rendered a judgment dismissing the deceased’s appeal; the above judgment became final and conclusive on October 13, 2015; and the above judgment became final and conclusive on October 13, 2015; and it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except where “each entry and this court” were written as “each entry and the court of first instance,” respectively, and it is cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed as they are without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiffs' appeals are all dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
