1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 511,292 and to the plaintiff on September 2, 2017.

1. A claim for reimbursement related to a traffic accident (see attached Form accident clause) occurred near a model lower access road near the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Incheon Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, at around 14:30 on August 18, 2017;

2. The instant accident is an accident that conflicts with the Defendant’s vehicle starting slowly while the Defendant (B) who was under the direction of the parking guide in order to drive an emergency moving, etc. on the two-lane road located on the right side of the moving direction while the Plaintiff’s vehicle proceeding along the two-lane road. If the vehicle was under the direction of the parking guide in order to enter the front side of the moving direction, it would have been under the direction of the parking guide by stopping the vehicle at the front side of the moving direction of the Plaintiff’s vehicle and being under the direction of the parking guide in the front side of the moving direction. The Plaintiff’s vehicle was under the direction of the parking guide after stopping the vehicle at the front side of the moving direction of the vehicle at the time of the Plaintiff’s moving into the front side of the moving direction, and it would have been unreasonable for the Plaintiff’s vehicle to have been under the direction of the parking guide in the front side of the vehicle at issue after leaving the front side of the vehicle at the speed of the vehicle at issue after leaving the front of the vehicle at issue.
