Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2017, at around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) expressed a bath to the victim B (23) who is a social service personnel who instructs passengers remaining in the subway station at the center of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 174 Guro 174, 4 through 5 times subway operations to take place; (b) “the same bit of a bitch, bitch,” etc.; and (c) assaulted the flab by cutting off the fat.
