Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 29, 2014, at around 03:15, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by stating that “A victim, a police officer, who was dispatched after receiving a report from D, an employee, in the third floor of the building located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and received a report from D, shall be one employee in the name of D, and two police officers in other mobilization, before the victim’s statement was heard.”

2. The Defendant is a person who resides in the F apartment of Gwangju Mine-gu 205 Dong 1010 without a certain occupation.

On February 13, 2014, from around 22:30 on the same day to around 22:40 on the same day, the Defendant boarded with the victim G (inn, 45 years of age) on the elevator of the first floor, 205, in order to enter the above apartment building 1010 residing by the Defendant.

The defendant spits or spits the face of the victim and assaults the victim on about 10 occasions, without any reason, while taking a bath of "the same year as the living things, spits" on the elevator door to the victim without any reason.
