Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2013, the Defendant failed to enlist in the army without justifiable grounds until November 15, 2013, when he received a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office to enlist in the 306 supplementary military service from the Defendant’s house located in Busan coastal District Office B on November 12, 2013.
