1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

On April 20, 2012, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for ten months in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch on April 20, 201, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 13, 2012.

From January 201 to February 2011, the Defendant is a person who has run a loan brokerage business in the trade name of “F” on the 6th floor of the Busan Suwon-gu E building.

1. No loan brokerage company shall receive any consideration from the opposite contractual party for a loan from a loan brokerage company from the opposite contractual party;

Nevertheless, around January 3, 2011, the Defendant received 1.4 million won as a consideration for brokerage while mediating a loan to G from the above “F” around January 3, 201 to January 28, 2011, and received a total of 4,6510,00 won as a loan fee for 54 times as stated in [Attachment F] No. 346-399, supra, in the same manner from January 3, 201 to January 28, 2011.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Finance Users.

2. If it intends to run a loan brokerage business without registration, it shall file for registration with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, or Do Governor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business.

Nevertheless, from January 201 to January 19, 201, the Defendant registered the loan brokerage business office in the name of “F” in the name of “F”, only from January 2010 to January 19, 201.

Since May 2010 to December 31, 2010, the Defendant, without registering loan brokerage business, opened and operated respectively from the 8th floor of Busan Shipping Daegu, from the 10th floor to the 31st floor of December 31, 2010, from the 10th floor to the 10th floor of December 31, 2010, and from January 201 to February 201, from the 6th floor of Busan Young-gu E building to the 6th floor of “F” respectively, and operated loan brokerage business, such as the attached list, during the pertinent period.

Accordingly, the defendant is running a unregistered loan brokerage business, thereby running a credit business.
