1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,002,40 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 28, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Defendant’s partial rejection of the obligation to return the advance payment constitutes a kind of obligation for which the deadline is not fixed, and thus, the Defendant is liable for delay from the date following the receipt of the claim for performance to the date of delivery of the duplicate of the complaint, thereby dismissing the part of the claim for delay from April 7, 2013 to the date of delivery
