1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100,000,00 and the period from August 28, 2012 to October 22, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of delay damages exceeding the rate of 15% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
