A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2018, the Defendant administered a crophone (hereinafter referred to as “crophone”) by inserting approximately 0.05 g of a crophone into a crophone inhaled body at the Defendant’s residence located near the city of Vietnam (on-site hours) in the Defendant’s residence located near the city of Sin-do, and drophones and inhales it.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

2. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant imported Handphones: (a) put the bags of vinyl Liber into the Red Sea of Mixed, cut it into the stop of 0.36 g of Handphones in the city of Vietnam on August 19, 2018; (b) concealed them in the trip white package; and (c) carried the bags on August 19, 2018 at around 21:19, the Defendant arrived at a passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport No. 2 of the Incheon International Airport located in the Dong, Jung-gu, Incheon on the same day.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he imported approximately 0.36g of philophones, which is a local mental medicine, from Vietnam to the Republic of Korea.
