Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been placed in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City community service center and served as a member of the Gu public interest service personnel (Gu public interest service personnel). From November 25, 2013 to November 29, 2013, the defendant failed to attend the above B community service center for 8 days in total, including 3 days from December 2, 2013 to December 4, 2013, and left the service for 8 days or more in total without justifiable grounds.
