A A is a person who operates a game providing business with the trade name of “D” after installing a total of 85 games, such as 30 games during the ice ice ice ice ice ice ice Dok-si C and 1st century, 20 protrudings, 20 protrudings, 10cheon-si Compact Dok-dok-dok-dok-dok-dok, and Defendant B is an employee of the above gameland.

By converting the above game points into KRW 1 per point, the Defendants intended to transfer the corresponding game points to cash exchange among customers, or to charge them in the game machine to be used by the exchanged customers, thereby allowing customers to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using the above game products, or inducing them to do so.
