B. On March 5, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 2 billion to C as of April 15, 2014 and as of 17% interest per annum, and the debtor company jointly and severally guaranteed this.

On August 1, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 1.35 billion to C on February 28, 2015 and at 14% per annum. On September 30, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 735 million to the debtor company.
