A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 27, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around August 27, 2013, in the Certified Judicial Scriveners E office located in Busan, Busan, the borrower entered “G (State representative director A)” and joint and several guarantors “(3) F (H) F (H) F (H) F (H) I apartment apartment 501-120)” with the seal affixed in advance on the back of the F address in the column of the joint and several guarantors; and (b) around October 10, 2013, the borrower signed F’s name “G (State representative director A)” and joint and several guarantors signed the FF’s name on the loan certificate entered “F (F) I [501 Dong1202].”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant respectively committed a set of two copies of the loan certificate in the name of F, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at each time, at each place specified in paragraph 1, submitted to E each borrowed certificate in the name of F, which was forged, as described in paragraph 1, and subsequently exercised the same.
