Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DCom-sports cargo vehicle.

Around 12:50 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and proceeded at a speed of about 30km per hour in the direction of the tax office located in the city of Ansan-si, the front 518-do, Ansan-si, and the front 518-do road in Ansan-si.

On the front of that place, there is a traffic signal apparatus and a crosswalk where a pedestrian signal is installed, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the traffic signal and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and continued to run a stop signal in violation of the stop signal, and was placed on the front right side of the victim E (20 years old, female) who crossed the crosswalk from the right side of the course to the left side of the road according to the victim E (20 years old, female).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as an injury to the victim due to an occupational negligence, on the part of the Defendant, with no open address in two cases, which requires six weeks of full-time treatment.
