Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2013, at 08:00, the Defendant operated a B gallon car, and proceeded one-lane road prior to the entrance of a gallon located in the gallon in Daegu-gu, at the lower end of the gallon, with a 60km speed from the galleside of the entrance of the gallon in the city of Daegu-gu.
