The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the grounds for appeal (the penalty amounting to four million won) is too unreasonable.

2. The following facts are the circumstances favorable to the Defendant: (a) the Defendant recognized the instant crime and reflects his mistake; (b) the Defendant’s working period at the instant sexual traffic business establishment is relatively short; and (c) the profits acquired therefrom are not likely to be significant.

However, the crime of this case committed by the defendant in collusion with other accomplices to operate the commercial sex acts in the position of the head of the office, and by employing a female commercial sex acts, and arranging commercial sex acts by providing them with commercial sex acts, and the crime is not easy in light of the method and content of

It is highly likely that the defendant committed the crime of this case even though he was under suspension of execution due to different types of crimes, and the business of arranging sexual traffic is a crime that undermines the establishment of a sound sexual culture and harms good morals by commercializing women's sex. Therefore, the defendant needs to be subject to corresponding punishment.

In full view of such circumstances and other various conditions of sentencing as the Defendant’s age, sex, environment, family relationship, motive and background of the crime, circumstances after the crime, equity in punishment among accomplices, etc., the sentence imposed by the lower court cannot be deemed unfair because the sentence imposed by the Defendant is too large.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is not accepted.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
